This Privacy Statement ("Privacy Statement") describes how THOC collects, uses, discloses, stores and protects your personal data as an e-Platform User and a User of the THOC Services.

By using the THOC e-Platform and Services, or by simply creating an online user account, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Statement and give THOC the permission to collect, use, disclose, store and protect your personal information as described in this Privacy Statement.

As a User, you should know that if you do not provide certain personal information, you will not be able to use any Services offered by THOC.

THOC collects, generates and processes certain personal and other information in order to efficiently use its e-Platform and its Services. This is the case, for example, when creating a user account and when using the Services.

a. When creating a user account:

  • Data of the social media account that may have been used for creating a THOC user account.

  • Data collected automatically and transmitted to THOC through the technology platforms that allow you to visit the THOC e-Platform. For example, your internet browser or mobile devices will share certain data with THOC by interacting with the THOC website / e-Platform. These data may include:

We use the information we collect from you:

THOC can use the information you provide to send you personalized messages about promotional or marketing events, events and services that may be of interest to you.

5 Social Media Cookies This is a special form of profiling cookies. These third party cookies allow the User to connect to his / her social networks and share experiences with the e-Platform. If you decline these cookies, you can not share information via social media.
